Lately I’ve been getting seemingly random popups called BioWare Test with a place to enter my user name and password. Anyone know what could be going on here? I’ve scanned my computer using various virus, adware and spyware programs but I can’t find anything
Try writing down all the active tasks before you kill it then kill it and see what task went away. After that search your HD to see if the location of it can give you a clue.
Strange one but I suspect as you did that it’s some kind of phising program. If you have a software firewall try putting in a bogus name / pwd and see what program tries to access the internet.
