My interpretation is that hockey player on the left hit the player on the right, who overreacted for the purpose of drawing a penalty on the other guy, who then dove onto the ice to make it look like he was either innocent or fouled by the guy on the right.
A minor incident blown out of proportion by two players all too willing to ham it up.
The really weird thing is they look like they’re on the same team.
It thought that too, except they seem to be wearing the same uniform. I suspect it is a celebration gone wrong.

Hockey isn’t soccer, it’s rare you see any acting in an attempt to draw a penalty, especially acting that would this ridiculous.
