I was wondering if that was where it might have come from, but the amateur quality of the camerawork had me thinking otherwise. Did they use it in the movie at all?

It wasn’t actually from the movie - just shot on the set of the movie. Either a random bystander or local TV or something. It’s deffinately from the Dukes of Hazard movie with Johnny Knoxville and Stiffler though.

If you listen you can hear the director yelling cut at the end of the clip.
