Can’t be as dangerous as it looks, since he’s not in the air for very long. Must be a lens trick.

EDIT: Gravity is 9.8 m/s/s and that drop looks to be about 3/4 of a second. Vertical distance due to gravity would be att/2 = 2.75 meters, or 9 feet. He pushed off of the railing, but most of that was horizontal. Probably a 10-11 foot drop.
