Just video files. Here are instructions for the VLC method except, like I said, I use crappy freeware GIF makers to make the actual GIF instead of Photoshop.

That spider-toilet cameraman should be a war photographer if he isn’t already. Facehugger jumps out of nowhere onto his foot, and the shot barely flinches. I’m not half as afraid of spiders as most people, and if that were me, It’d take an act of God to keep the camera from going airborne.
