I think that’s just reflected light and a bad camera.

I think what you see as clearly shifting to red, is actually the shadow of the arm itself

edit: I watched the video instead of the gif, and it is red. really odd colors going on in the shadows of that gif

What’s all the nonsense with the neck of the dude who ends up on the floor? I get that the defender grabs the attacker around the neck and kicks his feet out (or something), but then the defender dude seems to be giving the attacker neck nuggies or something as he lays on the floor.
