I have read where a local somebody in Santa Cruz believes the video is partly faked in that no one this time of year would be surfing in the water there without a wet suit on. So he questions the surfer but not the whale jumping.

Whales and dolphins can’t choke, dude. They might starve to death, but it sure won’t be due to lack of oxygen.

Pretty sure that’s some kind of python or boa based on the shape of its head, but still a reptile battle royal. Pretty sweet as long as it’s not in my house.
