Should? Sure.

China isn’t going to let that happen with anything resembling equitability to other Asian Nations/Peoples. Nature abhors a vacuum, which is what American disengagement will create (well, is creating).

And you think the status quo is preventing this? US has already disengaged but still trying to push to maintain political power over Korea and Japan. Both countries are fed up and they’re happy to suck up to Trump if it means dismantling the post WW2 apparatus

Why should Asians have some allegiance to other Asians based on their race?

They shouldn’t - Asians are perfectly capable hating on each other too.

Maybe some kind of… co-prosperity sphere?

While all things being equal, I think it makes sense for Asians to control the Asian economy, being Asian is not in and of itself a qualification.

Well, there’s also being ASEAN.

Sigh… I feel like all the threads are merging into one pit of despair.

I guess i don’t see what the problem is with a country like say, Korea or Japan, deciding that their national interests are more in line with America than China.

Sure, the question is just to what degree Western governments have their thumb on the scale.

AKA The Trump years.

Drinking out of the toilet to own the libs.

Fun Fact:
This is going on while the white house is begging Congress to raise the debt ceiling.

And Barr finishes his announcement by thanking Trump for “performing this effective action”.

Lol

Yeah, basically, but now we can assume he will fuck with the numbers behind the scenes, based on whatever information he theoretically has. Anyone want to guess how many citizens California will lose?

Nah, Trump lost. Hell, ultimately he probably won’t even do anything. He’ll just declare victory and then pretend it never happened.

The whole citizenship question was nonsense anyway. Apportionment of Representatives isn’t based on citizens. It’s based on population.

I’m telling you, the Trump administration is going to challenge this next year. Remember, this isn’t Trump pushing it, it’s Stephen Miller.
