As much as I’ve tried to get Pandora to create the ultimate radio station for me I find that I spend most of my days listening to someone else’s mix on a good net station.

But I’m always open to something new…

Here’s a few that are on my virtual “dial”
PigRadio
Straight out of Barcelona! So eclectic that sometimes it’s unlistenable, and other times it’s sublime. I discovered Muse and Eagles of Death Metal through these guys.

SomaFm has a number of good stations, but I’ve been listening to their awesome downtempo mixes for the last half decade. Their are occasional unfortunate lapses into jazz, but only very occasionally.

Since I have Sirius, I usually listen to it on the net. It’s a quality connection for me at work in particular (university systems don’t stutter as much as my home system does, for whatever reason).

However, I sometimes listen to Cape Radio while playing CoH. One of my friends is a DJ on it, and they play good stuff overall, if the right person is hosting. It’s a peer based radio, with seeding and such I think…I have no clue how all that works. But essentially, the host switches throughout the day.

For that MMO feeling.
they will do events on some servers occasionally.

and Sky.fm 80’s radio, brings me back a few years…

I’ve always been fond of Radio Paradise for a good mix of different genres.

Sirius All the way.
I was listeneing to some station from England that was great, the traffic reports didn’t do me any good though. My boss wasn’t too happy with all the bandwidth I was sucking up though.

The best thing on radio today. Hands down.
