I’ve started seeing Scurvy Scalawags pieces when I close my eyes. So thanks for that.
I am using BlackBerry 8830, but I can not download games to your computer or is this series is no software support
Bang! is stupidly good, even against the computer. Get it now!
John Tiller’s Modern Air Power is out for iOS, Android, and Kindle Fire/HD. I have it on the iPad (it’s free, with I guess IAP for more missions). Certainly worth checking out; it seems to be pretty much the same game mechanically as on the PC.

I am not seeing Tiller’s game in the App Store.
I searched on modern air power and found it, but it was a bit obscure. Then again, it’s the App Store.
Has anyone else found that playing Ticket to Ride on an iPad against another person on a different iPad using the Online method via Game Center doesn’t work? Game Center (sometimes) sends a notification to the player being invited, but tapping on it simply launches TtR. After it launches, there’s no trace of the invitation within the app. Meanwhile, the person who sent the invitation is staring at the Game Center window with “Waiting…” listed under the invited player’s Game Center avatar.

Huh. When I do a search on modern air power in the App Store this morning all I get is one app, and it is basically a slide show of u.s. military air craft. Is it because I’m searching from my iPhone and not my iPad?

Ok it appears that it is iPad only for iOS which is probably why it doesn’t show up in my search on my iPhone (traveling and iPad is not with me.) Interesting that it hasn’t been mentioned on Pocket tactics yet.
Thanks. Except I can’t download as I don’t have enough space :(.
I have 2 gig free. Ouch that a big game.
Apparently more where that came from.
According to “techtola.com,” numerous games/apps are free in celebration of Apple App Store’s 5th birthday. Limited time, obviously.
Freebies include Superbrothers: Sword and Sworcery, Disney’s smash hit Where’s My Water?, the aforementioned Infinity Blade 2, and non-game apps such as Traktor DJ and How to Cook Everything.
Ongoing list available at link in top of this post.

Just wanted to let everyone know that we’ve released Hill 218 with universal support and async multiplayer. Should be easy to pick up a game against a random opponent now and really makes the game much more interesting if you are tired of beating, or getting beaten by, the AI (not sure if it is more fun to lose against a real person but still).

If you end up playing it let me know what you think, with async in place we’re looking at arranging a tournament soon if there is enough interest.
Man, that free Infinity Blade II isn’t very nice. They just discounted the game to a dollar a couple of weeks ago, so I bought it then.
I’ll grab those other freebies, though. There’s some really good stuff there.
(Worth noting that Groove Coaster Zero is free with in-app purchase song add-ons anyway.)
Sweet! I’ll have to pick that up. Hill 218 is my favorite short, portable, 2-player board game (beating out Yomi, Summoner Wars, and Hive, my other favorites in that space).

Ravenmark Mercenaries was released a bit early and is out today (instead of late tonight).
The game has a marketplace to purchase both troops and customization items. Looks like there are packs to buy. The elite package which seems to have everything is 49 dollars! Though there are smaller packs and i do not know if you need all the different items to have fun/win.

A metric shit-ton of games are free or discounted as part of the anniversary sale. I have downloaded a LOT of stuff.
Here’s a great list. Have fun!
