Is it possible to burn XP SP1 to a disc?

I want to move the game Riddick onto my faster PC, but the game calls for XP service pack 1 to be installed. Unfortunately, my gaming computer doesn’t have an Internet connection. Is there any way to download the SP1 update to a disc instead of having it express install automatically from the MS website?

I don’t see an option to download the files to a folder.
