I assume that would be an American case which doesn’t concern me anyway, but last I saw US law quoted on the issue you had the same fair use rights as we do, including the right to re-sell a license to any media product acquired anonymously at retail.
I know we may hate it but I think it’s a legal reality that the ability to transfer software rights to another end user is up to the maker of the software now.
They sure wished they had that right but I don’t think they do. Anyone remember TSS on Gone Gold? Heh.
