It’s the 20:20 movie frame game of 2018!

Winner! The Beguiled it is. A deeply weird southern gothic that I couldn’t quite get my head around, but Sofia Coppola saw something in it so I thought I should see what it was.

Your go, @ChristienMurawski!

It really is weird, isn’t it. That kiss with the little girl at the beginning totally freaked me out. I watched it this year to prep for the Coppola one, of course. It was fun discussing it with Kelly Wand.

I Don’t Feel At Home In This World Anymore?

I don’t know why because I didn’t even watch the movie, but it isn’t Transcendence, is it?

We have a winnar in Nomas. It is indeed I Don’t Feel at Home in This World Anymore.

I quite liked this movie, but I think Macon Blair is trying a little too hard to be wacky at certain moments. I’m confident he’ll figure out how to control that as a director, because I think he has good instincts. I love Melanie Lynskey, and I really liked Christine Woods.

You have the conch, @Nomas!

Heh, I was about to guess that. ;)

That did not take long. Woolen_Horde is the winner.
