Yep, it’s Last Vegas. (close enough I think, @jostly)

Ha ha, I saw Last Vegas. The movie was approximately 1 hour 45 minutes long. Which means it was too long. I mean, it wasn’t terrible, leave-the-theater-in-horror stuff… but it was nothing at all special and completely forgettable.

My mind tried to transform it into something a little more palatable.
Luckily, I had something prepared for this eventuality. What movie shows you this in the 20th minute and 20th second?

And here I was hoping I would get at least some Bond guesses. Marnie is correct. I tend to like Hitchcock movies, but this one didn’t click with me for some reason.

Sorry jostly! I almost guessed that Robert Shaw Bond movie, but then I remembered the suit. I love that suit.
Also, she looks nothing like Moneypenny.

Wood paneled offices, and is that Albert Finney sitting on the couch?

This looks very Dirty Harry-esque. I’ll guess Magnum Force.
It is not Magnum Force. It does look Dirty-Harry-esque though. You’re right.

That makes me think of The French Connection for some reason, though I haven’t seen that movie for like 20 years.
The car does look a lot like the Lincoln from The French Connection, but it’s actually a Ford LTD. The only reason I know that is that my parents had one identical to the one in the frame. The guy getting out of the car looks like a character from about a 100 70’s-era police dramas, but beyond that I’ve got nothing.

The Usual Suspects…if it was shot in 1977
It’s a holiday weekend, so I’ll go at a more decent pace than usual.
