I think that might be it, @Djscman .I recognize the scene I believe. They are watching a person meet with another in an open air market where one had coffee or breakfast or similar. I’ve seen the movie but the title isn’t coming to me at all.

But absolutely wasn’t getting that before.
The props department could have screwed up, but the Stop sign is in Pashtun (Pakistan/Afghanistan), not Farsi or Arabic.
But that’s all I got.

A straight to video film about a Post-Apocalyptic Mad Max Grandpa, who used to be a film star, say in the 70s (so he was actually in “Grandpa Movies”), who is now hunting Vampires that walk the wasteland? With his cute teenager Granddaughter and her boyfriend? Then you can get a YA vibe in there as well.
