I would to but only if I was having trouble getting to sleep.
I have a tiny sliver of hope if the Mueller report/tax returns have some real dirt, maybe there is chance Trump doesn’t get renominated. Emphasis on TINY best case, but no chance if he is up against Weld.

There’s zero chance the GOP doesn’t put Trump up for reelection. That ship has sailed. Everyone still on board with the GOP had already made their call.

I think the Republicans are moving to cancel the Presidential primary in every state where it is legal to do so-- Trump will just be awarded delegates by the state convention. They want to prevent any primary challenger from even the possibility of getting any press attention.

Pete is the only guy in either party who actually seems to think about questions he’s asked, and then answers them, rather than repeating some catch phrase or rehearsed answer.
It’s like he’s just a normal, smart guy.
I think politicians are generally coached to bring every question back around to their talking points. It drives me up the wall, but I suppose in some way it’s been gamed out as optimal.
Who knows? Maybe all it takes to beat the most unqualified president of all time is to be a multilingual boy-genius veteran.
I laughed, but also died.
To the people of France I would like to say that Notre Dame Cathedral was like a gift to the human species. We share the pain but we also thank you for this gift to civilization. Per google
Rather eloquent, any French speakers want to comment on his accent it?

Got a bit of American twang to it, but it sounded decent enough.

Gotta remember a lot of younger folks thought Obama compromised way too much and got burned hard for it, and they feel like the only way left is to fight like Republicans.
We have a real age divide among older and younger Dems.
That whole Ice Town debacle will sink him though. :P
This was a pretty remarkable exchange.

Lol, of course people with one home and without millions of dollars can’t dare to tell rich people to pay more taxes either, because they aren’t rich so it’s class warfare.

Interesting numbers from Trump’s FEC filing, according to one Tweeter. Lots of the money raised so far this year is going to legal consultants and his own businesses. That is not out of the ordinary for Trump’s election accounting, but I think it is also good to keep track of when his people brag about how much money he raises – that a big fraction of the money won’t be used for actually reelecting Trump.
“NEW: Trump 2020 re-election campaign’s FEC disclosure reports raising $30.3M in the start of 2019 & spending $8.8M, $168,333.15 of that went to Trump businesses with $25,436 on “Legal & IT consulting” & the rest on rent or travel expenses at Trump Tower, restaurants & properties” https://t.co/hbSAAoVLVT
“Trump 's new @FEC disclosure shows his 2020 re-election campaign spending $1.6+ million on legal consulting alone on top of roughly $7M in campaign money going to legal fees last year, accounting for more than 18.5%—nearly $1 in every $5 spent—of $8.8M total 2019 spending so far.” https://t.co/2KgMlvko0M

A good move… It reminds me of 2015/2016 where he was doing speeches at places like Liberty University.
