JFK from Clone High is the funniest character ever

(scene in a film editing room, people are talking, JFK is off-screen)

Do you people mind! Some of us are-uh nailing Catherine the Great hee-ah!

Pause, JFK pops his head off from the side of the screen.

Or-uh, should I say-uh, Catherine the so-so!

I can stay up all night long! Notice the emphasis on ‘up’ and ‘long’!

I’ll help you study for the P.S.A.T.'s…guess what the er, ah ‘P’ stands for…PENIS!

Any show that can make Tom Green funny has GOT to be great.

OK, I couldn’t put up with trying to catch Clone High on MTV so I went ahead and downloaded a bunch of bootlegs. Now I’ve seen every one (of the 13 episodes produced) except for episode 11. A holiday special guest starring Mandy Moore, I gather. So I do a google search trying to find info about the show and it looks like MTV put the show on hiatus and publically oppologised for the Gandy character… Anyone know if/when its coming back? I think the show’s completed its run in Canada, did they not get ep 11?

What the dillio?

God, damn, it’s a brilliant show. Here’s hoping for a 2nd season!

Gandhi is a very funny character, but it is a bit bothersome to me that Gandhi is an insecure loser, Cleo’s a slut and Carver is a total nerd.

And Ghengis Khan as an idiot? What were they thinking!?

You don’t get ‘parody’ do you? They are the quintesential teens from every crap ‘gotta get laid’ movie and every ‘gee isn’t High School angsty’ TV show. They just happened to be famous people in history. Would YOU watch a show about Ghandi as he really was, how entertaining would that be?

I think the show’s done, it was hilarious and entertaining, but it was taking up valuable ‘Real World’ time!!! I never once saw a commercial for it. Another brilliant show dies because idiots are in charge.

Yeah, and they’re not supposed to be these people, they’re just their clones growing up in the modern world.

I get parody very well, I just think that most of the more negatively implicated stereotypes (insecure loser, conniving bitch that plays with the heart of the main character, nerd) seems to belong with the “black& tan” segment of the students.

You’ll notice all the white people (except maybe Joan) are horribly flawed individuals. Scudsworth is psychotic. JFK is a sleazy womanizer. Abe’s pretty much a well meaning loser. Even Ponce is a litterbug! The sterotypes are all negative. There’s no racism here.

So the weak willed outcast loser Joan of Arc, the infinitely dense and clumsy Lincoln, the insane and also very stupid priciPAL, the shadowy of entirely evil cabal members who run the project, the womanizing and jackass like JFK, and the horribly mutated Madam Currey don’t matter?

Uh-oh! This might be ‘reverse racism’!

And you can tell me you don’t think George Washington Carver was a nerd? He wore a bow tie and made hundreds of products out of PEANUTS for crying out loud. NERD.

No offence to you of course, don’t really know you, but I see them as stereotypes of teens, not races. Calm down a bit.

Plus come ON! The show’s hilarious!

‘I win! Nothing bad EVER happens to the Kennedy’s!!’ car instantly flips over for no reason

(and the ‘Black &Tan’ thing was great! ‘Saaaay whhaaaaa’?’ ‘Say what?’ )

George Washington Carver was also rumored to be gay…so there ya go.

I might just be getting paranoid… It is a great show, after all.
Of course it also has the same gender issues that just about every other show has… but lets not go there :)

BLASPHEMY!
