Well, Dvorak is a big outsourcer himself. I don’t know if he’s still popular enough to do this, but back in the 90s he had a cadre of ghost writers doing work for him. A friend of mine ghosted a couple of book chapters for a Dvorak guide to telecommunications back in the dial-up days.
