@malkav11 Hopefully this is a all correct, I tried to triple check. Sorry, hard to learn a new game on the internet but tons of fun!

Since you’re triggering a battle I need you to PM me your battle card discard, battle card play, and any DI cards you want to use on the battle. Then once Greatatlantic does the same I will resolve the battle.

However, I do believe you walk the path first and then take your regular move. I do not think that makes a difference for your move.

Yeah, it’s Path then move. It can matter because there are bonuses on certain paths that would apply to a battle triggered by that movement. (There are bonuses like that on the top and bottom paths at the start, but the moves that led to crossing those did not trigger battles and the bonus expires afterwards.) This -did- give Lantz a new DI card, though.

I can’t tell looking at the Seti map. Can the first top location move to the 2nd bottom location without stopping in the first middle location? Vice versa for the first bottom location reaching the 2nd top location.

You must always go right, so you can’t move from a location on the first tile to another location on the first tile. And no, there are no paths from the top on the first tile to the bottom on the second or vice versa.

All four Ta-Seti tiles are double-sided, so the configuration of paths and locations on the other side would be different and might allow what you describe. But not in this layout.

Are we waiting on Lantz to see if his move changes?

OK, for my next move, I am buying the blue Cyclades cross over tile, the Kraken. This tile comes with a miniature, but instead of using it like a normal figure, it just gets placed in the Nile and now I get +1 Strength for every battle that is adjacent to the Nile (non-city). So, this basically every spot except the South yard, the two central obelisks, and the 2 value temples.

PP: 6 - 1 to 5.
