Kerry has at this point declined to release his full service records. This is a fact.

Kerry hasn’t authorized the release of his full service records. He’s posted some of them on his website, sure. But not all of them.

Right now, the media can go to the USAF and ask to see Bush’s service records - they’ll get 'em. If you do the same thing for Kerry’s, the answer you get is no.
