I had a good time too. It was a little disjointed getting everyone back together, but it all worked out.
There were a number of ways things could have gone last night. A disrespectful or dangerous Oloorin might have ended up in the centipede cage. If George had been hiding or had escaped, the queen might have used her shears on a finger or ear and delivered it along with a message to the party demanding they kill the master in exchange for Oloorin’s life. I think this was a better result.
Three cheers for Penchus bringing Bronson back from the dead. Poor Bronson needs a magic weapon or something to help compensate for that strength.
I think Arkon is away this week, and since Oloorin has the most to lose, I think we should wait for him and play next week. Plus, I have an opportunity to sneak out and catch the latest Star Trek movie tonight. Live long and prosper!
Whew! I was just coming in to throw myself on the mercy of the court for missing last night. Had my sons 8th grade promotion yesterday and after taking care of that and everything else going on with the end of school I totally spaced out about the game!
I didn’t really like Star Trek. The writers didn’t pay any respect to the organizational structure necessary to run something like a starship. Where were the staff meetings? Have they eliminated sleep and fatigue and thus there is no need for staff rotations? Where are the layers of command between the lowest wrench turner and the Master Enginner?
BUT, if I were the game master of a Star Trek rpg, that was pretty much exactly how the game would go. The engineer quits? No problem. Eric, your guy is the navigator right? Let’s pretend that you’ve been shadowing the engineer and you can be the new engineer, ok? Good. Now, the leader of Star Fleet, who seems a little shady, tells you to go to the neutral zone…
Any chance we could play next Wednesday instead of next Thursday?
Hehe sounds like a fun idea, a Trek based rpg sounds great. I’d be good to go for next Wed rather than Thursday.
Back from vacation. I typically run my campaign on Wednesday night, will check to see if my group is available this week.
I can’t do Wednesday, I could do any other day this week I believe.
That is my bad, I know about your Wednesday game and I just plain forgot. Sorry about that Arkon. I could play Friday night I think.
I’d be ok for Friday, or just going for next week. Whatever the group decides.

Sorry guys, I can’t do Friday. Have fun storming the castle.
No worries xahlt, we’ll wait until next Thursday and get back on our regular schedule.
Yea, don’t mess with Arkon’s Wednesday game. We’re having too much fun to stop now!
I am good to go for tonight, just checking to see if we are on.
I’m also good to go for tonight.

To continue the trend of thread bumping with a scheduling post, to the annoyance of QT3 readers everywhere: “Hey guys, I’ll be watching fireworks with family so I can’t make it tonight.”
