If anyone would like to play tonight under a much worse DM than Rob, my campaign could use another player or two. Our party is level 2, and we really could use a few more to have the recommended 8-10 characters.

Awww maaaaaaaan, ah well at least I got to check out Arkon’s awesome map last night. Can’t wait to hear how that went!

Amazingly no one died yet…although in 2 hours they only made it through 2 rooms and 2 encounters. A locked door did an amazing job at slowing them down…there was one close call when the tile golem shot tiles at them (Magic Missile), he rolled rather well doing on average 12 damage to 5 different characters. It hurt however that we were down a player so there were only 7 active characters.

That golem looked like a tough encounter, I’m glad to hear they were able to deal with it. Look forward to seeing how they handle the rest of the place.

I’m kind of iffy for tonight. My computer is having issues and I don’t know if the Mrs got a chance to fix it this morning. I’d jump onto her machine, but I don’t know her passwords and she’s out of touch till late tonight =/ I can post again when I get home from work later and let ya’ll know if I’m up and running or not.

I’m coming down with something so I won’t complain if we can’t play tonight. I am working towards getting more of my maps into Roll20, so I won’t have to gently guide the party away from any new areas just because I haven’t put in the legwork.

Yeah thanks Rob, the Mrs got me back up and running over the weekend. Sucks to miss another week but we’ll get back to it. There are just too many questions that need answering! Will the orc we let go come back with his clan to smash us? Will Oloorin and Penchus make peace and become best buds? Will Bill’s luck finally run out? The exciting answers and MORE in the next session of DCC!

Well Gundabar is becoming quite the meatshield. He gained 6 more hit points on level-up and is sitting comfortably at 23 now. Meanwhile, Sailfish Bill manages to roll a lovely 1 and goes up to a whopping 7 hit points at level 2. But with an extra +1 to his attack bonus and his sneaking & hiding bonus up to +5 he’s becoming quite the glass shadow cannon.
