No clue what the experts here would say, but I like going Phage or Sheen, (Wits End), TF, then pure tank. Wit’s End only if I am doing very well, to get more AS and damage fast (for harder Snowballing) combined with a bit of tankiness.
If I am having a bad time, I take a wriggles lantern, get back to lane and try to ignore my enemies as much as possible to farm up. I will prioritise tankiness in this case, only trying to incorporate some damage later, possibly with Wits End. I never build Warmogs or Atmas, although I can see them being handy.

Edit: Forgot - if I have a really, really hard time, and no one is willing to swap lanes (rare but happens) I will try to get a Philostone first, since I will not be able to farm. In this case I hope I can lure them into towerdiving me. Philo is also true for some other matchups, now that I think of it. Call it another strategy.

Maybe, but that’s been announced, previewed, etc. All that’s left is a date. I think if all of this stuff is for a date announcement for spec mode, there’s gonna be a huge backlash.

These were the ELO’s listed for each badge on that surrender at 20 blog. Not sure of accuracy…but it’s something.

Silver - 1495
Gold - 1875

Ya, I’m a ~1300 ELO player (highest was 1383) with over 300 games played… and only recently dropped below 1250 due to a bad string of luck (currently at 1225 I think). I saw that and was immediately determined to get back to bronze before the end of the month.

Naturally, with me wanting it so badly, I’ll drop like a rock I’m sure. /sigh
