I played a single match yesterday and it seemed like there were some glitches, but I did like the new UI. There is a retreat ping now (V, it makes a different sound).

Saw the new guy in my game. He wasn’t the biggest issue but he did give our two squishies fits (well, mostly just our Nidalee, whow wasn’t very good). The biggest issue was Skarner beating the ever loving shit out of Nidalee top. To the point where Nidalee just showed up bottom and said “go top irelia”. Nah, I’m not at all worried about going into a lane where my opponent has 3 levels on me and he killed you 4 times (I was 1/0/1 at the time).

I really wasn’t, though. We wound up winning the game but it took a long time. Nidalee insisted we go gank their blue at level 1, so our jungle Shen took taunt. We did get a kill (we missed a couple; Shen botched a taunt and that actually became a thing. . .) but it probably wasn’t worth it. Shen fell way behind and finished something like 1/14/17. And was not super useful. Skarner fell off in late game because he’s skarner (I didn’t look too closely at his build; he was hard to kill but not very scary).

You get like +50 elo per win when you start playing ranked, you also lose like -50 if you lose tho.
