I’m really not that excited about Dominion, but that’s probably because I haven’t played 1,000 games of standard like most of you guys.

I’m actually a bit disappointed that Dominion is coming, because it will shrink the standard player base.

Well, yeah, but there was a lot more going on in that game than just Therlun. I personally saved Therlun from being dived by two people several times in top, and had some big plays with Akali. Wayne had some quality ganks, and even flailure, our newish player, stomped all over Ashe.

I dived the enemy very many times. Taking turret hits beyond count. Bandage tossing only to be focused. Ulting at the last possible second. Ensuring that my team was victorious. Then tabbing out and drinking beer until 45 seconds was up. This strategy worked for everyone and led me both personally and professionally to victory.

If Therlun was carried in the meanwhile… well, sometimes playing with me is like a mini ELO buff. He will be back down in no time at all!

Really? …REALLLY? I just don’t feel him any more. And you are relying on there being a jungler on your team, which at my ELO isn’t frequent :(

I have done it on duo lane but so far he seems unstopable a few levels in, once i have some magic pen and the revolver the enemies just start dying so fast to the danger zone flamethrower.

I generally have a jungler, but if we don’t ill generally play it myself unless i can avoid it.

Played Corki tonight for the first time. He’s a ton of fun to play, but overall feels weak. I felt like I could harass baddies a lot but never really kill them.

Anyone have any information on the ELO decay? How much? After how long? etc

It kicks in after either two or three weeks, depending on which posts you believe. Assuming you believe any of them. Some claim you can’t decay below 1400, some claim you lose 20 per week, some claim 25, no one from Riot seems to have confirmed anything.

My computer seems to have contracted an oh-god-I-hope-it-doesn’t-cause-permanent-injury case of the overheats, so I guess I’ll find out, as I hit two weeks this Thursday.

Kinda bummed no Dominion this week. I’ve been sitting on my 1256 ELO, totally avoiding ranked games, but I might need to worry about ELO decay now as it has been ~3 weeks so far.

I’ve never actually seen my ELO decay, but I’ve never ignored it before. I mean, I miss playing ranked, but I don’t want to drop below and miss out on the bronze reward :(

Anyone have any information on the ELO decay? How much? After how long? etc

Can anyone confirm that once you take an inhib down, the minions become stronger in other lanes? I’ve heard this said but I’m not sure if it’s just a rumour. Although there is some indication it might be true since I’ve noticed in ARAM matches that some lanes are pushing harder without any assistance.
