Yeah, if solomid doesn’t have what you’re looking for then you get the happyfuntimes of identifying a streamer who’s good at a champ and then going through their archive.
Well, actually, you don’t have to; McKnight has some sort of terrible neurosis and will pretty much instantly identify the player whose vids you want to watch if you ping him on steam or in game.

Well, Chaox did it just as an excuse to sit on his ass and play League of Legends for several dozen more hours.
McKnight

Actually they were asking for donations from the community in order to help pay for their trip to IEM Germany, and so they all tried to give something back to the community that was so awesome to them. Choax chose to do this, not realizing the actual amount of effort at the time. But he stuck to it and finished it out nonetheless.
But I mean, whatever floats your boat.

Yeah I don’t believe you.

You are right. Professional players like Chaox just need an excuse to play the game for hours every day. It’s not like they get paid, or earn money, or it’s literally their livelyhood right now or anything.

Thank you for your understanding that I am right.

Trynd isn’t a viable solo lane char on twisted treeline, is he? I laned against one as Akali and it was a comically bad matchup, especially before level 6. I think he gave up and jungled for a while.
I really like TT as a change of pace, but I have a feeling Dominion is going to pretty much kill that map.

How do you get 6v6 going on TT?

Yes. All other things being equal, farm dictates the winner. If neither of you could kill the other, no one got their tower pushed in, and neither of you ganked the other lanes successfully, and you had twice his CS, you won your lane decisively. Plus, farm on Malzahar is a bigger deal than farm on Shaco.
Depending on the champions involved and the farm disparity, it is totally possible to “win” your lane, to the extent that that term has meaning, even if you died a few times. The whole point is to come out stronger for later fights and pushing.
God, I’m already sick of trolls and griefers. They make me want to punch the wall repeatedly with my face.

Well, why don’t you? Doing the things you want to do is a surefire recipe for happiness.

Call me when you get 7 games in a row with trolls or leavers in your team!
Clearly. That’s why the trolls are so happy, right? They’re doing what they want to do. It only makes sense!
Also, I’ve won 90% of my games in which there wasn’t an outright troll, griefer, or AFK/disconnect on my team. I’ve lost every game where there was. It’s rather frustrating; when we have, for example, a Taric who goes AFK in fountain at 6 minutes when we died because he didn’t see the jungler coming to gank (through the ward I planted!), is strictly worse than playing 4v5 from the beginning.
PS: Coffee, this is game 7 in a row, trolls in every game on my team. I started this streak above 1400…

The design of the game is to blame, although I don’t have any suggestions for improvement. All games of this type suffer from the same frustrations.
Hey cool maybe you’ll match my 1475 to 1100 slide. I literally had a 13 game streak of leavers and/or feeders on my team. All you can do is your best. ELO doesn’t mean that much when factors like this contribute so much to it.
Stronger enforcement against people who grief, troll, AFK out, or disconnect.
A lengthening of the “queue dodge” mechanic to the actual game start would help, too.

They should reduce elo loss for players on a team with a leaver, except said leaver who should receive double the penalty. Would be very easy to implement and would go a long way to sorting out the problem. The winning team also doesn’t get any advantage per say, which combined with the leaver double penalty means it wouldn’t be open to abuse (at least, not in a way that I can see but I’m tired).
Well, it would mean that badgering someone into leaving means that you lose less ELO, which would exacerbate the dickishness of players.

The kind of people who grief or leave don’t really care about their rank, I imagine.
