This is terrible advice.

Dominion rewards communication… so, solo queuing for it seems pretty stupid.

It was a general statement. Like I said the window for doing that is shorter in Dominion.

He doesn’t drink? That explains a lot.

Anyway, I prefer Pogo’s rants - more lucid.

And Falcon, who cares if some characters aren’t viable in Dom - don’t play them. Crazy idea, I know!

It’s so short and sweet that I feel it’s immensely better for solo queuing than normal LoL. I find solo queue normal to be a 99% miserable experience that I just won’t even attempt anymore, but have had some great times in solo Dominion.

I think much less communication is needed than the original map.

Playing my first and last game of normal draft pick solo queue. I guess if you want to draft play with a team or play ranked. Our picks:

  1. Akali
  2. Kassadin
  3. Singed (me)
  4. Xin
  5. Shen

Go-go no range!

You say that, but you could have chosen ranged. You should discuss comp with your group.

I think Dominion definitely has some balance issues, but I’m pretty sure the people crying about it just have no grasp of how to play this mode.

Falcon, I can understand not liking dominions. However, your repeated insistance that it is terrible leads me to conclude that you are bad at life.

WTF does that mean? because I dont like it, by the way im not the only who thinks its messed up, but its ok I dont have to play and im sure not going to. If you like it thats great enjoy.

Why would you say anything like that? really dude

I like dominions. :)

L2P NOOB!!1

Seriously though, if you can’t handle the banter I think you’re in the wrong thread mate ;)

I had a game today where I took flack from Ryze (and he took it into ALL chat, classy guy) that I didn’t follow him and his buddy Blitz in a chase into the enemy jungle which we had no vision on (after I signalled they should retreat). Unsurprisingly they got jumped by four enemies. This was the same pair that constantly over-extended their lane and got jumped by jungling Shaco again, and again. At one point the guy sat in the middle of his lane to ALL chat his kill and that led to his getting ganked.

I may need a break soon, I found myself raging in my chair. I leave it out of chat, but I certainly let my other half know what I think of these people. People who just can’t handle their lane opponent I don’t mind, it’s the ones who constantly over-extend, going into places where you KNOW they’re going to get themselves killed. I think it’s mainly because they don’t seem to realise they’re doing anything wrong AND they lead other people to their doom as well.

I’m hardly a great player, I’m just not fast enough on the keys and over-extending is not a foreign concept to me, but really people, at least realise your mistake.

Play with us Quitch! :(

I said nothing to him, really i dont like a damn game mode big freaking deal, play it have fun i dont care, I was really looking forward to it but it just does nothing for me and thats fine. Why say crap personal tho? I mean please

I think I might have to get some QT3 folks on the list. I have a party of three I sometimes play with, but I just don’t have the patience to wait for them to leave a game, and as a couple of them are clearly better players than me gaming with them can be a little stressful as I’m clearly the lower side of the average ELO in these games.

Plus, I don’t have much range. Morgana as a primary and Ashe as a backup if the team lacks AD, and that’s about it.

Play with the Qt3ers. Seriously.

What’s your in game name Quitch?

PM already sent :)

EDIT: Quitchy

Some devil is sitting on the Quitch name and not using it. The blaggard!

You really are a drama llama. Just leave the fucking thread already, you’ve bitched about it enough and apparently aren’t having fun playing.

Ha. I just dodged (a rare occurrence for me) a game where in the pre-game chat, our Jax was complaining the game before that he kept setting up ambushes alone off by himself, and his teammates wouldn’t all come over and support him to make the ambush work.

I think one of the problems with people at this type of game is that the average person wants to be the hero. They want to feel like they’re driving the action, coming up with the cunning ambush, driving the lane when no one else will. It’s essentially an egocentric approach that not only does not work in a team game like this, it is affirmatively harmful to the end result.

Same thing with regard to killsteals. We were down seven kills and I fired a Piltover Peacemaker into a team fight. One of our “team” members had the audacity to complain about it being a killsteal. Yeah, because when you’re down seven kills, and the opposing team has been escaping you with low health the entire game, best not to secure the kill if it might somehow prevent the player who did some damage first from getting the kill.

I’m getting better (and less aggravated) the more I play, just recognizing that most of these people are essentially chimps.
