AOE and DOTs are nice to have on Dominions as with one attack you can stop a tower capture from several people. A lot of people, myself included, forget you need to whack on all attackers as a defender in order to stop their capture effort.

DoTs only stop the capturing when they first hit. If you’re poisoned you can restart capturing without getting knocked out again before it wears off. I’m pretty sure I’ve captured a few points while still ignited.

Heimer’s ult increases the number of targets his rockets hit. I never knew that.

It also gives a nice +10% cooldown reduction and some health, which are both nice on Singed.

You have to remember they are changing the stealth system so i doubt they will put it there.
