Except generally you KNOW that karth is going to ult you so you play more carefully and try not to stay at low health, but GP’s ult is just random.

By the way, anyone who has been playing with the game music off, it’s worth turning it on in Dominion. I didn’t realize they’d have new music but it’s actually quite good and fitting, unlike Summoner’s Rift which is just weird and depressing.

My point is that both are essentially, “I had nothing to do with chipping you down, but now that you are, I can kill you even if I’m nowhere near you,” death devices.

actually with GP’s ult, it’s more like, “with luck, I can probably kill you”, since even if the target is low health, sometimes they manage to walk out GP’s ult without taking any damage.

Which makes Karth’s ult more reliable and better.

Its also dynamic based upon the current state of the match I believe.

Karth’s is arguably worse, since at least GP’s take some level of skill to properly place in a specific area (as opposed to just reading “Karth Ult!” in chat and pressing R).

GP’s Ult isn’t about the damage (which actually ain’t bad). It’s about the giant slow, which guarantee’s more kills then Karthus Ult or will force a flash everytime even if a kill was never really possible.

Warmogs is stupid OP in Dominion. It really, really needs to be removed or replaced.

And unfortunately, I’m gonna have to throw my build under a bus and say Catalyst is the 2nd most OP item in Dominion right now.

I think that’s just because everyone builds every character as a glass cannon but no one ever gets a Bloodrazor. I will continue building Atmogs on everyone until someone notices that there is a 2K gold Bloodrazor they could get.

Would you make atmogs on Jax, or just make the Atmas and then keep building DPS items? I usually make gunblade + dodge boots -> atmas -> triforce -> deathcap…

Since Jax is a special case, you really don’t need the Warmog’s part so much. Deathcap isn’t exactly that great on him either, a second Gunblade would probably help more. Remember: he has AP ratios, but his skills are used by PUNCHING PEOPLE. His AD ratios on his W and ult basically are really 1+whatever they are.

Morgana is designed to counter other casters in lane, so obviously you will have trouble against her. It’s just a farm lane though, from what I can see about the match up.

I find myself starting with Catalyst and forgoing boots until after the Windmill is capped more often than not. I’m usually playing Singed though, which makes the Catalyst double-plus good. Still amazing how many people don’t know the number one rule of playing against Singed: Don’t chase Singed.
