Lazy, there’s good news and bad news:
Skarner
Crystal slash mana cost flattened and lowered across all ranks
Attack speed per level raised by a “significant amount”
Increased duration of ultimate
Hextech Gunblade
Almost all stats being lowered “a little bit”
It was previously too gold-efficient for hybrid characters like Akali/Jax
Spell vamp is being made UNIQUE, this is mostly aimed at people stacking multiples in Dominion
Also, Dominion stuff:
Increased personal score gain for defending points as well as pushing minions.
Ambient XP gain reduced by about 10% to reduce the “inevitability of late game” for hyper-carries.
Increased duration of ultimate
This will make him even more hilarious.
The last one I played with was BLOODY AWESOME. He took stacks of health and I think his entire mission in life was to grab someone and make them a delicious snack for the rest of us.

I was going to mention that Xerath gets eaten by the current AP carry powerhouses, because as soon as he stands still he’s going to get fucked by Morgana or Brand.
Re: Gunblade, it’s a good thing I always rushed Rylai’s and still whooped ass on Akali. She doesn’t need Gunblade to kick ass, she never did.
A YouTube commenter already went through the trouble of typing up sarcastic response, actually:
“Its obviously gunblade that is making akali op. Not her re-usable stealth, 3 dashes, and retarded sustainable burst that heals her massively. I dont think ive ever seen an akali stack gunblades, so making the stupid unique spell vamp isnt really going to help. She still has her passive spell vamp, so its not really affecting anything.”

Also, tonight we play a Dominion of all Gunblade stacking:
Jax, Akali, Morde, Kat, and uhh… I dunno, Cho’Gath because he was mentioned in that video for some fucking reason.
And everyone starts with the Revolver, no boots!

Oddly I have never stacked Gunblades on Akali, so that sounds like a goofy reason to nerf it to me. I guess I’ll have to bid fairwell to my beloved “3 Gunblades lets me kill you with 4 mortars” Kog’Maw.

The only champs I ever saw actually stack Gunblades (which is ridiculous on its face because that means someone is really fucking fed and is going to kick ass anyways) are Morde and Jax.
Oh, 5th character for Gunblade Dominion Night… Rumble!
With ninja tabi, rageblade, and 2 gunblades, jax is nigh unkillable. And hilarious.
Jax w/ 10k gold in items is scary whether he has two gunblades or not.

She was and is perfectly fine.
90% of this game is played by fucking monkeys who don’t understand how to stop auto attacking for one fucking second and juke when they SHOULD know that something like Dark Binding is about to be shot at them. Any ranged AD beats the shit out of Morgana (oh right, retarded monkeys).
I wish they would just revert the buffs she got to Soul Shackle already.

Gonna agree with Pogo here. Dark Binding just isn’t a big deal if you put even the smallest effort into dodging. I am much more annoyed by her shield, to be honest. Particularly the fact that she can throw it on others.

Black Shield has always been Morgana’s strongest, best feature.
Can you cast it on someone by hot-key other than quick-cast?
I faced a good Cait as Morgana and although she could dodge the Q, the constant pools under her feet wore her down for easy jungle ganks. And when a jungler appears most folks freak out and the q is easy to land. Man, she is choice.
Thanks for the hp/regen quint advice for Irelia whoever it was. Makes heaps of sense and I can’t wait to try it out. Been reading more solo strategies for her and think I will do better now.
Still don’t know what I would do about Garen. Faced one last week that went armor and giant’s belt early and he ignored me and the tower - oh, except when he wanted me dead :/

How in the world would you cast it on someone in any other way? It’s really part of the game to use your cursor on people.
If you’re asking if you can use the useless portraits on the left side of the screen, I’m not actually sure.
That Cait should have easily dodged any of your moves at any time, even during ganks. No offense but I’m not sure you were playing a competent Cait.
As for Garen, wait until he comes running at you with his shining sword bullshit (silence attack), then snare him. His spin only gets him out of slows, not roots.
The portraits on the screen are shortcut to the F keys. F1 is yourself, F2 is the top ally, F3… F5 is the bottom.
So you could hit E, then F3 to cast it on the second guy on the list assuming you are in range, etc.

Except you’ll fuck this up because there’s no way you’re going to memorize portrait positions every game while being able to do it fast enough to save someone’s life.
