Yeah, I really loved how a few months ago lane Warwick and Udyr were so stupid and not a viable strategy that everyone started screaming they were OP and they got nerfed.
Just FYI and because I enjoy teasing you about your english, the usual not equal symbols are =/=, ≠, or !=. Using /= looks like the entailment symbol which would make your sentence read “Working against bad players entails that it is a factor that does make something a viable strategy.”
To be honest I was chatting and wondering why that looked so weird, completely forgot it was !=.
Udyr was stupid to lane months ago because his Tiger stance was awful, his mana costs were ridiculous and Wriggles wasn’t in the game. WW… Well Bob was right after all I guess* :)
*(Although the biggest contributing factor behind lanewick was the complete change in how the game was played. Tanky DPS top and the removal of ranged AD solo laners made him a far more viable choice as a laner. I still don’t think he was OP, just very strong against the type of character that was laned against him due to his sustain. Riot obviously thought the same, but felt they needed to do something, as the nerf was pretty minor)
We appear to have different definitions of “a few months”.
I’ve been playing the game for over 2 years now, it all sort of blends together. I presumed by a few months you meant when Wriggles got released, because as soon as it did LaneUdyr started to get popular and even more so when they removed the lifesteal from the proc (but Udyr kept it thanks to Turtle).
Dude, Wriggles was released OVER A YEAR AGO.
Yup, which is when LaneUdyr started becoming popular. If anything you are proving yourself wrong rather then me ;)
What I’m talking about is still true, regardless of how we are both defining a few months ago.
I’m sorry I made a mistake about the time you were referring to, I was under the silly impression that you were actually making a valid point. In this case, no your timeline and perception of events and trends is completely wrong and you are being an idiot. Better? Happy now?
See, Alice is perfect because every time I talk to you it’s like you’re on drugs and completely disconnected from reality and logic.

I could go for some “disconnection from reality and logic” right about now.
Also, after playing him today, Xerath is just bad. He has no place in the AP-mid metagame at all. Any other AP mid will crush him. I felt somewhat useful during teamfights in mid, but the enemy team wasn’t exactly good.
His E (stun-charge) is also too short to make his W useful. Yeah he can steal blue from a Nunu that doesn’t have smite up from the river (I felt good about that), and at level 6 he does have the ability to kill someone with Flash>E>ULT>Q, but… blah. He feels very unresponsive overall.
I think his W “cast” time is going to get a little buff, and hopefully they’ll increase the range on his E a little bit.

Hilarious game, the highlight of which was when Graves and I were defending the enemy’s bottom point after taking it. Everyone on their team except Rammus ulted and jumped onto the two of us and they used garrison on the point. Our Graves died, of course, but then the four of them were all still inside Jarvan’s ult with me.
QUADRAKILL!
Also fun was chasing Jax around killing him repeatedly and shouting “YOU CAN’T DODGE TEARS!”
Why can’t I report the people in that lobby? I keep clicking the !-box and nothing is happening.
Maybe EU is different, but laning Udyr didn’t become popular on US until May or so this year.

No, it’s just more oddness. Wriggle’s has been in the game for as long as I have been playing (probably getting close to a year). “LaneWick” became a term at least many months after I started playing.

last pick tanky soraka brings home the bacon.
went bot vs akali, killed her, then akali left and xin came, killed him.
our malzahar is useless in team fights, dies in like seconds.
malz is best bot where he can push the shit out of the lane and get a good amount of farm with impunity, because if the opposing bot player tries to do the same he eats malz purple shit and everything else he can throw at you. I love going that route and almost always end up 1v2 bot, since that’s they only way they can avoid losing the bot tower to me, and then our other four tend to just own face 4v3.
Man, this game is annoying sometimes. Had a great ranked game, good players all round, EXCEPT for the Jax on our team who gave up fighting Singed with me top and just wandered around dying and charging groups of them. He single-handedly lost us a couple of team fights and the game dragged on too long and with our quite nooby Sona we eventually lost, AFTER dropping two of their inhbitors.
I rocked faces, 9/3/something as Irelia and we had other good players, but man… Jax… Fark me. This is how I ended up at 900ish elo last time (at least, this kind of stuff and a mix of being genuinely beaten of course).

Err… I assume you’re saying this under the assumption that if Malz is picked in Dominion, he should probably go bot, in which case I sort of agree.
He shouldn’t be picked in the first place though, especially since nearly any other typical bot laner should slaughter him.
Yes, I was assuming Dominion, replying to the post above mine. I’ve never been slaughtered bot lane with him.
