I’ve never had it be this bad. 20-40 minutes usually.

I figured you were on the EU servers but even so, if you didn’t have 1+ hour waiting times for the past four months at peak times you are the exception to the rule, everyone I know of that plays in the EU servers as had 1 hour queues and other problems logging in, the servers only got “better” queues 1 week or so after Dreamhack.

well, I’ve finally come to the realization (after some 600 games) that really, this game is just not that fun.

With pugs or not, it is really just twitch rts gameplay that is just not my bag. The overall community as well just seems to infect even my friends when playing. Yeah I can handle some trash talk, I played basketball as a kid and we would talk trash all the time, but it’s different when it’s given in such a permanent medium as written text I guess.

Play with qt3ers on voice before you decide for sure, at least. I agree that LoL is incredibly complex compared to most other online competitive games, but having a group of friends who can help you learn makes it a lot more fun.

I get where you’re coming from, but I find it amusing that you’ve put in likely 450 hours and only just now come to the realization that objectively, this game just isn’t that fun. :)

The best people at this game are also the best at the last-hit minigame going on. Compared to DotA/HoN, this is a very tame and laid back MOBA game.

If you don’t like the last-hitting creeps part, then there’s not much reason to play the game unfortunately, unless you like the team-based aspect with friends.

I just want you guys to know that Udyr is a grown-ass, man:

This game should’ve ended probably 10 minutes sooner than it did, but whatever. I sold off my Wriggle’s late game for a Madred’s.

Highlight of the match was having WW, Singed and Irelia chase me from the river to the inner middle turret and dropping below 100 hp while Sona healed me up, turning around, punching them all in the face and picking up a double kill.

I’ve played them both quite a bit, so it wouldn’t be a stretch.

I just need to stop switching. I get bored easily.

Just reached level 14, if the servers keep stable and these short queue’s (30 mins max) then I’d be able to play with you 30’s next week.

AND ANOTHER WIN! Something must be wrong with the universe. Was a good team though, Morde (me), Jarvan, Trundle, Ashe and Akali. The last two were very good and used us as walls behind which they ganked hard core. Got a double-kill and Ace off the dumb Xin who took no MR and was always at the front.

The best thing about the game? The Xin was in a lobby just before and had locked in lane Nunu with heal - someone on the other team dodged and he got bumped over there to feed us! Sweet!
