nice goal post moving mcknight…

next time you gonna claim someone with 10 total games, 5 of those games are jungler is going to have more experience at jungling than me because they spend 50% of their game jungling.

The fact of the matter Idrisz is that practically all of the information contained within your post was bad. I, however, was cutting you some slack because I know you are a good player but one that does not regularly jungle and just trying to correct some stuff for people that read this thread for information.

If you want to argue that, infact, you do regularly jungle and are instead an idiot then that’s fine by me.

Hero mcknight saving us from opinions that aren’t his again.

The fact of the matter Idrisz is that practically all of the information contained within your post was bad.

list them and explain why they are bad.

you go nix, then you suck at ganking, no front load damage, tiger stance can pile on few hundred damages in a second even at low level.

if you go philo instead razor, you don’t get to do dragon early, ask mx how many time I took dragon as udyr at lvl 5 solo. Razor’s proc work on turtle stance, you will get 100+ mana and 100+ health every time razor procs while you are in turtle stance, which is crazy.

I already have trinity as a core item, and the only thing I disagree with bluemax is that I think wriggle is better than BR.

My personal problem with me playing udyr is over-aggressive, and that’s about it.

You do not suck at ganking by going Phoenix, as I said at low level Phoenix does as much if not more damage then Tiger. Also you are UDYR! You suck at ganking regardless of what you do.

Madrads over wriggles isn’t really much of a choice, given if you are going madrads you will usually get both (forgoing Trinity until way into the late game). This will probably change when they fix the wriggles interaction with Turtle.

You really shouldn’t use WW as some kind of baseline in the jungle, he’s been a sub-par pick for a while (by which I mean he’s very good if other stronger jungles are off the table). He also beats you in everything that isn’t speed, although you could argue your pre-6 ganking is better but then that’s like saying you have a better grasp of English then a newborn child.

Everything else was covered in my previous post.

@Chequers: While I realize I probably do come across as an arrogant bastard a lot of the time in this thread, and I apologize for that, I really do know what I am talking about with regards to the jungle.

I looked mcknight27 up on the EU ladder and you have like 50 games played and 1400 ELO. Am I missing something?

Yup, the fact I don’t solo queue.

I get more enjoyment out of this game playing with friends rather then trying to inflate my elo to a number that gets me queued with the same sort of competition I get in normals.

Nope, why…does that matter anything? Or are you just being the usual moron like you always are? Am i missing something?

It matters because most of your posts in this thread are belittling or condescending. If you’re a 1.9k ELO star who poops solid gold advice I’ll put up with your manners, but if you’re jsut another scrub I’m going to get periodically annoyed by it.

I’m sorry I don’t have a number beside my name to prove the worth of my advice to you.

On the other hand, you could try listening to it and see how it works out? Big stretch, I know, but you might learn something… Maybe… Who knows?

I’m not going to go learn jungle Udyr to determine who’s advice is better. I’m saying you post like a condescending dick.

But I am a condescending dick, I’ve never pretended to be otherwise :)

Are there any junglers who can work well without runes / full masteries?

Well, I’ll continue to get periodically annoyed by it.

Keep in mind that your teammates are unlikely to have any idea how the hell to 1v2 at level 13 or whatever.

Or at level 30 with 1000 games!

shrug If I want to learn how to play a jungler, I need to play a jungler.

I haven’t seen that much fail 1v2 laning. Usually someone pipes up who’ll take the lane and not suck. Had a Fiddlesticks go 1v2 just fine a couple games ago, with Amumu jungling.

And I’ll continue being right (well for the most part), so it’s really a win-win ;)

Here is the problem with this thread: people are using the same sets of advice or arguments for different skill or play levels.

No one will let you dragon at level 5 with Udyr if you play higher ELO players.

As far as I can tell, McKnight’s advice may work at whatever level he is playing at, but there are like, 3 or 4 different levels I have been through so far. I have pub stomped noobs, done friendly 5v5s with Qt3 guys, done 1700ELO or so serious matches with solo queuers, and gotten rocked/carried by 2000+ players in high ELO games. Each of these levels seems like a totally new game. Until you have been in all, I wouldn’t assume that your strategy fits every skill level.

No one will let you dragon at level 5 with Udyr if you play higher ELO players.

No one is gonna standby and let you win the game either, that’s why gank bot and get dragon!! :)

setting up for the possibility of doing dragon. What’s worst, having a free shot at doing dragon at lvl 5 or have the free shot but unable to do dragon because you didn’t get razor and instead went for philo.
