Oh, man. When carryplank works, it’s hilarious. I got sent mid against trist because someone wasn’t comfortable laning against level 30s :p, which sucked. I had half her creep by the time the laning phase ended, and top lane was getting rocked, so I was thinking the team fights were going to be painful.

Well, they were. For the other team. It was hilarious. I especially liked the nunu who built no tank items at all, so I got to one shot him repeatedly.

Thanks everyone who carried me tonight! I was amazed at how I couldn’t kil anyone. Lvl 30 people know how to play, huh? But I got a fair few assists… so… I guess there’s that!

But note that many abilities that look like lifesteals are actually self-heals, e.g. Warwick’s passive.

Even if spirit visage did buff lifestealing, why not just get MORE lifestealing + damage? Spirit visage is only good for people who have really good regen stuff, like Mundo or maybe singed, but it also gives ability cooldown reduction.

For one, that Eve remake is, and always has been, completely overpowered and breaks the current game. Her auto-lifesteal means she can jungle like a champ+, then stealth in, stun you and kill you with her new move-set. Her ult is stupid. I mean truly stupid. Riot pulled it as it forces far too much passive play and is basically old Shaco redux. I would guess that full notes are a bit more comprehensive- there’s a Morde rework (not remake) missing as well.

Here’s something I didn’t know- Yi’s passive mirrors attacks. If the first attack has an effect (let’s say Sheen) or crits, the second attack also has that effect or will also crit. That explains why he can chunk a character for half their health with a single attack.

+Apparently better and faster than Warwick with Smite when they tested it.

Couple of days ago I had a rage after one of our practice games, the team looked unbalanced at the start and then Rip on the opposing team goes for a jungling strategy which if done right (and I knew it would be) we would be at a major disadvantage - it’s also not pleasant for mid man (me :) ) Anyway it came to pass and sure enough that jungler owned the game. Anyway rage over and move to the next day, this time sees me in a game with Rip and we can tell we will be playing a jungling warwick. Not a word is said but rip places a ward in the junglers bush. Minutes pass, jungler turns up, half health I then teleport in with Janna (probably overkill that part).

Jungler ganked. Very sweet and lesson learned :) But wow was the jungler upset, almost felt like it was his right to be jungling unharrassed :)

Could be interesting, I predict much raging and nashing of teeth. I’m always happy to hit a ranked game - just bear in mind some people are starting to take normal games way too seriously so suspect ranked games will be on another plane to that.

I don’t get why people think heimer is weak after he got “nerfed.” At times, people even complain when I pick heimer in ranked, or even queue dodge. :(

I’ve only played Heimer once, and that was post-nerfs. He appeared in the NA WCG finals, too.

He’s a bastard, just not so much with his turrets any more. Rocket/grenade spam is, personally, a much better way to play him.

Heimer’s a great character. I agree though that he is horribly under-rated right now because he got “nerfed” so badly. And Joe, I feel your pain. It’s like we were in on a little secret that now everyone has caught wind of :(

Me too. Although Ive learned to love Rammus. And I just bought Galio who is pretty sweet.

My Elo dropped pretty dramatically after Amumu became a consisten ban.

I’ve got a Qt3 channel running in the client - not sure anyone really needs it - but I auto-join it on login. It’s case-sensitive, btw.

Picked up Heim and really enjoyed him. Such a hoot kiting and dropping turrets!
