Woah! I would be interested in that- although I am not a fan of scavenge or survival(Unless we can do the 10 man survival shenanigains again)
The mutations sound interesting. And of course this has to come out right before I go away for the weekend, bah.

Bunny, you still have your server going? If not, I’ll prob get one again…changes sound interesting, but playing on some of the random servers we tried last week gives me chills…

Another 12 person survival would be awesome, if only we could play it on Advanced difficulty.
Yeah.
I will be around this weekend, but probably not available before then.
Is it out? Reinstalling it now.

If you look at the poster for the passing, you see the silhouettes of the L4D cast on the right. Looks to me like Zoe is missing…
Whaat? THat looks like Zoey in the middle to me.
(the poster changes)

From playing way too much L4d 1, those silhouettes are the same models for Francis ,Louis and Bill. But then they showed what appears to be Zoey on the blog post with Nick in the front so they’re probably messing with us.

This is probably a dumb question, but is The Passing a full length campaign, or is it a shorter one like the L4D1 add-on was?
People have confirmed that Valve put out multiple versions of the poster. Each one has a different silhouette missing and sometimes none at all.

I don’t think that’s a dumb question, but I do think it’s irrelevant if it’s a shorter style. That 2-mission campaign they put out in L4D1 was very high quality. It’s unfortunate that it came at a time where people were losing interest in playing.

Is anyone playing this on the 360? And seriously, why?

You are right in that it is irrelevant, but I actually prefer a shorter campaign. Some of the official Valve ones in L4D 1 & 2 are a little long for my tastes.
Bah my bad, was the first I had seen of the poster. You win this time Valve! shakes fist

Because my friends only game on the 360. I have gotten pretty good with aiming with the controller, too. I also can play and watch the baby better in my living room as opposed to down in my office in the basement. I do miss playing with you all though.

Decent campaign. Had a L4D1 feel with all the offices and darker lighting outside but it also mixed in some L4D2 rolling crescendos. Relatively short compared to the vanilla campaigns.
