I meant what I said - “human filth” literally. There is human excrement on the sidewalks in downtown San Francisco. There’s even an app for it. That’s what the government of San Francisco wrought with their policies protecting the homeless from being moved or interfered with. Policies I believe came from a place of kindness but ones that utterly failed to consider the effect of those policies in the real world.

I lived in Southern California (SoCal) from 1996-2014. I was traveling to both San Francisco and SoCal - specifically Irvine - monthly for the last two years, until COVID-19 hit.
