Hopefully like this.

This looks very cool. This combat system appears to be quite similar to the excellent Metal Gear Acid series.

Every time someone mentions this, I think, “I should find my PSP, charge it, and dig up my copy of Metal Gear Acid…”

Record scratch Whut?

Does they play like Sentinels off the Multiverse? Tried it and thought it was awful. On top of being … not pretty

Oh wait, that was referring to fights in tight spaces.

I know you were referring to Fights in tight spaces, but Sentinels of Freedom looks like it might be more Freedom Force knock off with a Sentinels skin. Which is great news, in my book, if accurate…

Well I was, then I wasn’t. Gads. I had FF back in the day. I never really got into it. Don’t know why, because the concept was so great.

It never clicked with me either and I tried a couple of times in earnest.

Look like John Wick Hex also.

What it tried to be and mainly failed. While I did enjoy playing John Wick hex, it was more janky than needed for what it was trying to do. This looks a lot more fluid.

I can recommend this silly typing game (actually “banging on the keyboard game”) about a bear in space. It’s dumb but funny and takes about 15-20 minutes to play.

That reminds me of Enviro-Bear 2000!

I thought of that too! It’s much more playable than Enviro-Bear, but also a shallower story-based experience. (To be clear, a very very stupid story, but fun.)

On sale for $3. Did it hold up?

Yes. I’ve only played a couple hours, but I really like it.

Farmy/Crafty RPG-thing is free today!

How good can it be if it’s free? Plus, it’s old! 2018? Not many games from that long ago still hold up.

Downloaded, BTW. Looks really cute!

Great price!

I haven’t tried it, mind you, since it’s Windows only.
But as a fan of morels, I had to post this. Might be something for the Animal Crossing deprived out there!
I also seem to remember @jpinard asking about games related to nature not a long while ago, so this might be something worth checking out.
