So does the basilisk count as one of the dangers? Or is he a separate entity only killed for a pot of honey?

the knots in the wall in tomb 5 slowly began to twist themselves open as if diaphragm shutters…revealing eyeballs!.. the frightened princess whipped out that wand and covered the wall in scratchy fairy dust!..the eyes watered and the glow faded…

My current game state against prolix (it’s not good) reminds me that I don’t know what kind of danger I was being. I DO remember that all my fun and exciting attempts to pull prolix into a deeper tomb have failed because he won’t take the bait…

I will go after the basalisk in tomb 6, Dave again (I think).
The scorpion falls back under nKoan’s relentless attack. It foolishly plays two red coins when it has no red, and this turns out to be its downfall! Leaving behind a pair of severed legs, the scorpion flees into a crack in the tomb floor. nKoan sees a glint of light from the crack, and retrieves
A globe of glass filled with mist (Potion, Bottomless) Ignore any special ability that the danger possesses.
Just a reminder: all Bottomless items are also Fragile (they are destroyed when the owner loses by 31+ points, or has a negative final score).
And the basilisk’s ‘special ability’ is a -10 score penalty to itself, so I would not use this item on it. :)

Rawr! The troll leapt out from his clever hiding place behind the small table in the corner. He clawed at the air, knowing full well that the adventurer would be about to snatch his treasure…
His claws swipe fruitlessly through the air…

In the dim glow from her wand, she sees what looks like legs running around. Stopping suddenly, they turn and run directly at the her. As they get closer she see’s, with horror, that it’s clyve’s lost pants! They fly through the air and wrap around her neck in a scissor-lock. Unable to breath, her vision fades as her wand’s light flickers out.
Who dares enter tomb 7!!
