Umm, in my game with Annie, only one move has been made. I don’t actually have anything to lose, but sure, what are the special dangers in tomb 10?
I don’t think anything would make me not continue with the game because it’s not like I have an item I would have used… (Thanks, clyve.) Not that I’m bitter. ;)
Okay! I’ll choose the danger that you face, and message Annie to let her know what danger I picked for her. Gimme a sec here to set the stage…
The entrance to tomb 10 is nothing more than a dark hole in the floor of the ninth tomb. The adventurers crowd around the hole, and one of them drops a torch into it. The torch clatters along the wall and suddenly disappears as if around a sharp corner. A faint noise signals that the torch has come to rest – but on what surface?
Without hesitation, the princess cinches a rope around her waist and gives the end to the others. “Follow me if you dare!” she cries, and she leaps into the hole.
The rope pulls taut just as her feet are about to hit the floor of the tomb below, and her breath is knocked out of her for a moment. “I’m down!” she cries, and the others give the rope enough slack that she is able to untie the rope, tug it twice, and then recover the torch from the scorched ground. She lifts the torch and peers around her. The walls are too far away to be seen.
She takes a step forward in a random direction, then stops, listening. From the near distance, she hears a rustling sound, as if wings are unfurling, ancient wings that have seen little use in recent centuries. She holds the torch higher and stares.
Its claws clacking on the burned floor of the tomb, its eyes the first thing the princess sees, the first of the tomb’s dangers approaches her. Its smell is foul and its scales are smeared with mold.
Against this danger, the adventurer may play at most one coin of each color.

I follow tecwrtr down and wish to face the second danger with my spear with two tips. Against Dave.
Prolix and Nightgaunt hold the rope bravely as nKoan descends. He reaches the floor of tomb 10 and rushes to tecwrtr’s aid, but is cut off by a gout of flames that angles between them! He turns and sees a four-legged creature, ambers dripping from its lips. It snarls and leaps!
Against this fiery danger, the adventurer cannot play any red cards.

nKoan swings his double spear at the fire monster but it misses! The monster slashes at nKoan, driving him backwards and injuring him.
