A wooden staff (Arcane) A one-time use staff that EITHER brings all adventurers back to life, restores all of their hit points, and teleports them outside of the tombs, victorious, OR kills the rest of the adventurers by blowing their insides out through their mouths, and then traps the user inside a sarcophagus that slowly fills with blood.

Folks. Nobody in our slack channel can be bothered to help me out with this, so I’m hoping somebody can here, because I’m failing in trying to google this problem.

I haven’t played LC for a pretty long time, and I’m trying to spin back up. I’m doing fine with random online matches, but I cannot seem to match with friends.

Every time I try to select a friend from my list of friends, the game starts me a match and waits for a random Internet person to join me.

I asked one of those friends to try to invite me to a game, but she could not do so. It just could not happen.

Can anyone help me with this?

I just invited you to a game, and it seems to have worked. Not sure what’s going on at your end. Maybe reinstall?

Thank you, @prolix. I’ve working on this with @Dave_Perkins over in slack and he suggested the same thing.

So I just finished doing that and just got your game request moments ago after the reinstall. Just after that I could start up a game with a friend at last.

Reinstall. Why do these things happen? Who can say.
