Nah, the tape player’s off when she says that.

Yes, yes it is.

So when the hell is Sawyer going to remember the walkie-talkie he got from Nikki’s or Paolo’s bag?

Good question.

Sawyer may not connect the walkie talkie to the Others. He may think Palo and Nikki scavenged it from the plane wreckage and it’s useless. Although you’d think he’d have given it to Sayid to see if it would help with fixing the sat phone.

Then again, maybe he’ll have a revelation and realize it’s the same type used by the Others when he was being held captive. It sure would screw up the raid if the LOSTies could overhear the Others communicating during it.

That’s what happened in the Paulo/Nikki episode. Sawyer saw that thing and was like “I know I’ve seen these before when…”

But, I couldn’t write for the show because I don’t buy Jack not telling somone and making preparations.

SPOILAGE New episode May 9th "Man Behind the Curtain SPOILAGE

damn that was good… that was one of the best episodes i a looooooong time
Roger Linus (Ben’s dad) is the dude in the Dharma van that Hurley found.

Locke isn’t so stupid after all. Sure he turns his back at Ben when he shouldn’t have – a fatal mistake – however he blackmailed the Master Manipulator (Ben) and managed to get some of his questions answered, which is saying a lot more than most of the Losties.

The Others are going to invade the Beach. Jack’s group is ready for the ambush. Needless to say this fight will be the climax of the season finale episode.

One thing I didn’t get is: what was so special about the dirt Locke smelled before meeting Jacob outside of his house? Any ideas?

Also do you think Annie is still alive? (Ben’s childhood friend) My guess is Ben found a way to save her from the “purge”.

Ooohhh… even better.

Ben and Annie get romantic when they are older. Annie gets pregnant with Ben’s child but dies as a result (just like all of the other pregnant women on the Island). And so Ben starts his crusade to try and solve the fertility problem on the Island by hiring the doctors including Juliette.

Volcanic ash, I’d guess, mostly because of that scene with the still-hot Samantha Mathis in the classroom. What that means (the volcanic ash, I mean) I have no idea.

Assuming of course that Annie wasn’t killed in the purge.

So Ben ages about 35 years, but the other guy not at all?? Or are we supposed to equate a haircut with getting much older?

How long for the Island to cure Locke’s gunshot wound, about a hour?:)

I think the lack of aging on Richard’s part is supposed to be one of those, “Okay, wtf?” moments that we’re having. Obviously, something is up with Richard, and we’re supposed to know something, but have no fecking idea what it is.

Is he the guy who looks like he’s wearing mascara?

Your caught up on that and not the spooky ghost demon who only Ben can see?

To the guy above. Ya, he is wearing mascara(sp) maybe he is suppose to look egyptian or something :P.

I agree, they screwed up the aging process with Richard. Either that or he’s immortal.

Speaking of odd, anybody notice the figure in Jacob’s chair looked a lot like Locke with hair? What’s up with that?

I would wager that has something to do with the Life Extension Project mentioned on the Dharma website.

I refuse to believe that Locke is dead, though. Not only have we not seen him die, but he’s also got the ear of the scary island ghost.

Yeah, I can see that a little.

Did you see an actual figure?? All I noticed was stuff being poltergisted around.

Anyone else a little annoyed that they got around the Ben was born on the island inconsistancy by just saying he was lying??

Well, looks like Lostpedia is getting bombarded. They had a screen capture of the Jacob image. I’m sure it’ll be there later.
