Easily. No doubt. Mos def. But it also has the greatest potential to be a one-man army soloing 6-fellowship instances completely solo…at level.
It’s essentially unlocking skills by doing “combos” of three types of attacks, which they call gambits…but they are combos! Like 1,1,1 does X while 3,2,3,2 does H…it’s pretty wild. And depending on the order they are more powerful in a chain of combos. It’s also the swiss-army-knife class because it has everything.
Bleed DoTs, Light burst single target, AoE, and DoTs, Buffs, Debuffs, healing both burst and heal over time, some aggro pull, some stealth, some other random stuff I forget and more besides, and with my left hand even range…
I don’t know for sure. I haven’t played every class. But I’m pretty sure it is, yeah.
I’m sure at some point this week I’ll log in and try and puzzle out the changes, but I looked at it on a Friday night at 10pm, and just went “nah, I’m going to bed”.
Hopefully, one of the Youtube content creators will have posted a nice big guide to the Warden changes by then (looking at you, Louey!).
Nah, that is normal. Whenever they make sweeping class changes there is a trait reset. Always annoying when I don’t remember what I had coming in after a long hiatus!
I hear ya. I never remember.
Neat. I think Carn Dûm was the only raid-type experience I enjoyed in LOTRO.
Of course I did it overleveled years after it was relevant, so maybe that had something to do with it.
Nice to see them doing more with old regions.
