I kind of liked the blue roan from the last one. However, the character who has it also has a meta deed horse (with a stupid little flag on it), so there’s no point in him ever riding the blue roan again.

Crossover Games 10.1 now supports Lord of the Rings Online. I tried it last night, briefly, and it works as advertised - I was able to play on my iMac from within OS X, albeit at a much lower resolution / graphical detail level. Nice for those of us (like me) who tend to not play games that require a reboot into Windows.

Well, these are for everyone but Razgon

Enjoy!

And let me be clear, I love my LOTRO brethren, but a friendly ribbing of that team is deserved every once in a while.

I grabbed LRDQRAJ7CYYRZZTPM2MXAHJMJ. Thanks Solomon!

Awesome, but How do you use those?

I’m trying to enter one of them on the product key account page and I’m getting a error.

Rogue,

I had to go into the actual game, then go to the game store, and finally enter the code into “Redeem points” (Turbine Points).

Ok, calling dibs on DME9CP7T73LRNDAEMQQJCLN97

Thanks Mr. Grundy!

Thanks!
Looks like they were all taken anyway but I have all adventure packs aside from the Devil Assault anyway so I’m good.

Well that was quick. Guess we have a few DDO players here after all.

The code I used actually worked for LOTRO…

See what other company loves you as much as Turbine?

:)

Oh woops…I thought these were meant for LOTRO. I used the last code on LOTRO anyway, and it worked, so hey, thanks for the points!

They were for LOTRO… this is a LOTRO thread after all, don’t want to be scolded about bringing up the awesome incredible most dynamic and original MMO that shall remain nameless in here again. :)

News: We are taking over LOTRO Europe from Codemasters starting June 1.

So, welcome aboard (eventually) or European adventurers.

WHAT!?!

That’s some interesting news (And hey, sorry if I offended you - was in a bad mood that day)

I have no idea if that will be good or bad? But perhaps we’ll get a page like the US LOTRO players has then…mylotro or whatever its called.

At least we can hope that patches and the like goes up whenever they do in the US. Oh, and perhaps Turbine won’t be a swearword anymore ;-)

The FAQ actually says you’ll be able to use my.lotro.com after the merger. :P

Oh, Turbine taking over. I had good experience with CM and the GM support in Yurope.
As long as my lifetime sub is safe I guess this should be good :)

The best news about this is that we can get rid of the HORRIBLE UTTER “#&”#¤ web site that Codemasters made for the game. I’m sure it cost them at least 2 million subscribers if not 50.

That is great news, especially since they’ll honor my lifetime sub according to the FAQ.

Only downside for Euro players is that the Euro servers will be physically relocated to the US which may impact on pings and latency ingame. Then again LOTRO’s net code is actually very good as I play from Australia and pings are excellent.

Anyone still playing?

bump

I still am. Send a message to Brakkis…
