As for one part there, its a simple question, yes or no has Obama said he believes marriage should only be between a man and a woman? If the answer is yes, then he opposes gay marriage, which again is something I disagree with him on. And before you try and spin it here is a direct quote from Obama from your article.

Brettmcd, can you cite any of Obama’s policies that are “socialist”? I’ve heard that bandied around quite a bit, and, as Mr. Montoya would say, “I do not think it means what you think it means” any more than the label “facist” applied accurately to George W. Bush.

I lost whatever trust I ever had in him during the Enron scandal, where he spent weeks arguing that the company should be saved despite what it had done, even going so far as having a horribly dismissive interview with a UCLA business ethics professor. Then it turned out he was on the board of the Enron. So much for journalistic integrity.
I don’t think you understand what socialism is and owe us–especially those that have studied political philosophy–an apology for the stock anti-intellectual false dichotomy (the “u either believe in Reaganomics or ur a socialist” one) that people throw out when they do not care actually engage an issue. The government currently owns large stakes in banks and 2 of the largest automotive companies in america. I see that as socialist in nature. The government in america has no business owning companies like that. Those are things Obama supported being done.
