Love, Judd Apatow's new Netflix series

Bleh, a thing I didn’t like early is a big thing at the end too, so it left me with a bad final impression. It’s lazy to compare this to Girls, but I’m nothing if not lazy. This was like Girls, except no one is either quite as frustrating or quite as entertaining on this show. Not bad, but not as good as I hoped.

I loved the first season and the second one is out now.

I binged on the first three episodes. It’s still a great show so far. I really, really like these characters.

It feels much more real than Girls (which I also like a lot, but feels more “manufactured” to me). There’s something easygoing about how Love unfolds that I can’t seem to resist.

I don’t think this second season is going to last me much.

Binged the season over the past few days. Loved it. It’s just so real and quiet. Drama and comedy without the melodrama and the slapstick. Just a solid adult love story with mostly realistic ups and downs.

I kind of hate them. But they do make for good TV. Mostly, anyway.

I had to reread the thread because I forgot what I thought about season one. Which I guess says something about the show. But I’m also looking forward to watching season two.
