Man, that Texans corner better be searching for a new job!

Quick note since we have new people.
Don’t spam the AI or each other (ie. never punting, running the same play every down, running up the score). We’ll want to see who are legimitate league leaders and record holders so try to keep it fair.

Mightynute - this might make you feel a tad better. The Titans played horrible tonight.
Their first play of the game? Fumble. http://www.easports.com/media/play/video/65780422
Their next set of downs?Interception. http://www.easports.com/media/play/video/65780474
They missed 2 field goals, and left my wide recievers wide open at times: http://www.easports.com/media/play/video/65780552
I’d offer Tom Brady, but I don’t want to face this guy twice a year! Yow!
This is also a year without Patriots/Colts. Weird!
The battle for league MVP is on! Tom Brady and… John… Skelton?

I have a line similar, as my rookie HB had 1 carry for 90 yards, and 12 for 10. At least he had 5 catches for 93 as well.
And first play of my first ever online season? Devin Hester KO return TD. Can’t ask for a better start than that.
Damn dude. KO returns for a TD are mad difficult even with Hester.

Let me know if you still want to do this trade Omni. Maybe they just need a change of scenery.
So, after only 9 games played in week 1, the butcher’s bill is stacking up:
ARI: Calais Campbell, broken ribs, 4 weeks
CHI: Mark Anderson, upper arm fracture, 4 weeks
CLE: David Bowens, herniated disk, 11 weeks
DAL: Jay Ratliff, dislocated hip, 11 weeks
HOU: Bernard Pollard, broken collarbone, 7 weeks
HOU: David Anderson, fractured vertebrae, CAREER-ENDING
IND: Clint Session, abdominal tear, 2 weeks
KC: Reshard Langford, broken collarbone, 12 weeks
MIN: Jared Allen, broken collarbone, 11 weeks
MIN: Adrian Peterson, broken hand, 7 weeks
NYJ: LaDainian Tomlinson, broken collarbone, 8 weeks
WAS: Santana Moss, fractured toe, 8 weeks
Okay, two things:
- The league needs to take a look at all these broken collarbones, yeesh!
-
Jesus Christ, Xaroc! What in the hell did you hit David Anderson with, a train?
Injuries felt kind of insane. Surprisingly enough, Richard Seymour was carted out in Oakland, but it wasn’t more than a banged up knee that had him miss the rest of the game. At different times during the Patriots’ game, Jamaal Charles, Leigh Bodden, Brandon Meriweather, Tully Banta-Cain, and Brandon Tate all hobbled to the sidelines.
Damn…Xaroc takes the early lead for mortality rate…

In light of these injuries, I’d like to point out the perfectly acceptable substitutes I have available for trade. I feel like a used car salesman.
I had carted off during my game for varying periods:
- John Conner (bruised chest, out 2 quarters)
- LT (shattered collarbone on what should have been a penalty horse-collar tackle)
- Kyle Wilson (abdominal strain, out 2 quarters)
- Nick Mangold (abdominal strain, out for a series or so)
- Shaun Ellis (don’t recall what, out 1 quarter)

Division Dilemma: Pounce on the opportunity to trade some of my depth (Forte, Taylor) or laugh at my rival?
Our current #1 HB is the young man from Army. Toby Gearhart and rookie FA will back him up. Might try Tavarus Jackson at HB too.
I think that actually happened last year - right? We were talking about it during the draft.
And as long as we are talking Career ending - Talisker when do you want to play our game? I’m good anytime after 6pm PST or all damn day on the W/E
It’s listed on the website under current injuries, though.
Well, his career is still ended isn’t it?
Does childan even look at the forums? I’ve got a trade offer out to him and I sent him a PM, but I haven’t heard anything.

My defense couldn’t stop them legally so I had Storm Williams fall on a few guys after the play.
I didn’t realize week 1 games had already started!
Dear Bills Player,
Wanna game tnite?
