I have counter-offers for Hellens13 (Bears) and dalin kal (Steelers). Sorry Vegas, couldn’t accept that offer.

Erik, how do you do that stutter step? Also, what formation was that? Looks like single back something-er-other. Your roster of left side OL’s are pretty nice.

Uh…sorry, but there is no way I am making that trade.

Flick the right stick left or right. To do what is in the video, I flicked right to cut back. I’m honestly not sure what the formation is. I’ll note it next time I load up Madden.

Holy cow? You flick it, as opposed to push and hold for a bit? This could be a Eureka moment.

Yup. Just a quick motion. Trucking someone is pushing up and holding. Doing a sudden pull up/stop is flick back. Jukes are flick left or right. Spin move is rotating the stick, I think, but I never do it, fumble-city.

Is that spin different from pressing, uh… red button?

The spin is the same, but you can’t spin with a scrambling QB behind the line of scrimmage using “red button.” That will throw to your “red button” receiver. I tell you this because I’ve lost track of the LOS and done it.

Thank you a billion tons! Wow - I can’t believe I’ve been doing it wrong all this time. What a difference! So do you play with auto-sprint on or off?

Oh man, keep that auto-sprint on. It makes it so much easier to concentrate on simply hitting your holes.

You can do both.

I’m not sure if it is exactly the same, though. I thought holding it was a much more defined cut? I honestly don’t remember. I just keep auto sprint on.

So, who wants to see Spiller’s 87-yard TD run? I don’t!

And who wants to see Ivory’s 48-yard fumble return? I don’t!

And who wants to see the Bly INT return? I don’t!

I wouldn’t mind seeing Marshall’s 55-yard TD catch again, though.

Like most of my match-ups against Erik, it was a fine game for the first half or so, but then the stupid Madden dice come into play. He got snake-bitten by injuries, while I kept rolling critical failures on the INTs. Add to that five dropped passes – three by newly-acquired Antonio Bryant – and you’ve got a lot of stalled drives. Just check out how we cleaned the Bills’ clock in terms of overall yardage and downs.

Also, why can’t we challenge plays online? I swear, Bryant caught one inbounds on third and long, but the game called him out, and I couldn’t challenge the ruling. And it wasn’t within the final two minutes, and I had all my timeouts left.

Beanie. Beanie! BEANIE!

Oh yeah, and Fitz.

Beanie’s stats for the game: 269 yards on 25 carries with 4 touchdowns. And also 72 receiving yards on 2 catches.

Your FB threw a great block here. If only G #66 was a bit quicker!

Hightower is very versatile. And yeah, Faneca is great, but he’s still a lineman.

I know I’ve challenged plays before - it’s either LT or LB.

It seems randomly that the game will just give you a “Bitch, please!” when you try to challenge something, though. The option isn’t always there. I thought maybe it had to do with the game “knowing” the play was called correctly. Dunno, but I’ve seen it more than once or twice.

It’s LT, because I’ve accidentally challenged plays while trying to look at my defensive player’s route, which is mapped to the same button.

Oh no, I was talking about the highlight stick only.

Panthers’ GM, I’m in the middle of changing out a deadbolt so it might be a bit before I’m able to get on. I’ll definitely be on tomorrow if I can’t be on in time to catch you.

JP, the formation Spiller ran out of is Tight Twins.
