Are people expecting this “town hall” to be anything other than a rally where the toughest question will be “The fake news has been extremely mean to you, how many more terms do you deserve?” and NBC will respond “Oh gee golly, we had no idea this would happen!” after it’s over while counting their coin?

If it’s one thing I’ve learned it’s that no one anywhere could ever predict how Trump would behave in any sort of debate! It’s simply unknowable!

I expect it to more or less like this.

I guess this goes here? Also, spoilered for major ick.

Couldn’t decide where to put this, but decided here since it’s just a news story unrelated to anything specific. But what’s going on here? Is McConnell finally embracing his Undead-ness? Is he in the process of fully turning and will shortly be biting chunks out of the necks of the rest of Congress?

Seriously though, the article makes no speculation about what can cause this type of damage, but is this as simple as he slammed his hand in the car door or something?

I hope Nancy has a team of adventurers ready to find and destroy his phylactery.

The first photo on that story has both hands discoloured, and another bandage in a different spot on his left hand.

Is it possible he tucked too vigorously and burst some blood vessels?

Maybe the preservation spell has finally started wearing off so his body decay has resumed. Please let it be something along those lines!

He will need to jump into a new body soon.

I wonder if Claudia Christian is available.

Can the undead get gangrene?

Jesus, hasn’t she been available since her recurring role as Bill’s Mom in Freaks and Geeks twenty years ago? I mean, I wish B5 had catapulted her to superstardom, but…

Pretty sure he’s making a reference to The Hidden

…which strangely always struck me as Kyle’s audition to play Agent Dale Cooper.

Diabetes and gangrene, too terrible tastes that taste terribler together would be my guess. If true, couldn’t happen to a nicer guy.

The same concept was recycled for that Denzel Washington movie with the executed murderer jumping bodies, IIRC. Never saw that one, but I liked The Hidden.
