If she’s going for a rap name she should go with Killa3.

Yes and no. The first challenge is finding the channel to block on the PC (it might not show up, in which case I’m not aware of anyway to block it) but the android YouTube also has different categories (e.g. “gaming” or “news” and the like) and despite blocking channels on the PC those channels might still show up in the recommendations for some of those categories and there is nothing I can do to block them. This is especially onerous in the gaming section where I constantly see certain channels despite blocking them - specifically Spiffy Brit and iSorrowproductions)
Fair enough. Unless I’m doing a search, I never use anything but Subscriptions and Watch Later, so apart from the occasional thing on the home page, which is usually some official coronavirus news, I don’t usually see much that’s not directly related to my interests and from sources I’m already following.
Please to not be sullying one of the passions of my youth :-(
Weird. I never would have thought Fox news was part of the Democratic party, but guess I’m wrong.

Let’s get a base line here. How many also believe the world is flat? How many know that the state of Hawaii is in the United States and everyone born there is a US citizen. How many of them which side Japan was on during WW2.

How many of them believe people born in New Mexico are US citizens?
How many of them know that Alaska isn’t an island?

I keep thinking they must’ve seen a map once or twice but… there are this ones that tuck those two in a corner…
I mean, it’s a terrible take, but assuming we’re limiting to East Asians: among low-information voters, Yang might be more recognizable than Duckworth / Hirono / Lieu? Simply because he was in a presidential debate. Duckworth I think is the highest profile of the three (or maybe Lieu), and is an amazing person, but doesn’t have single-minded look-at-me self-promotion that Yang has. (The gender difference, and all it entails, is not lost on me in this discussion).
TBH, I think most donut-shop-Americans don’t think of Kamala as South Asian, just generally brown.

But not brown enough right? Our country just can’t handle people identifying… themselves.
Just by name and face you wouldn’t necessarily know Harris was partly of Indian descent. It’s hard to keep track of all this stuff if you’re not deeply politically engaged.
However, that doesn’t excuse Politico. Or if they are working from that idiosyncratic a definition of “prominent,” they should probably defend it.
It is mistake, I’d forgive Popular Mechanics or Cosmo, but not a website with name the “Politico”
