While Origin does do sales, only once, several years ago, have I ever seen the annoying Bioware Points needed to purchase Bioware DLC ever go on sale.
That is a very positive review. Hmm, I’m actually excited to go back to ME3.

The price IS a bit steep, but this is the best value-for-money story DLC of them all. Omega and Leviathan are both not worth the price, that is coming from a die hard fan. The core combat is about 3-4 hours, but there are lots and lots of minigames to do afterwards, with leaderboards to boot. The final party was a real time sink.
One major complaint I have is that this DLC’s tone is almost completely different from the rest of the game. This is pretty much light hearted fan service stuff, while the game itself is about race-against-the-clock-to-save-all-lives. Leviathan got the mix better.
I did it just before final assault, and Mordin died, so I wouldn’t know if other NPC would still be alive if it is done earlier.
And the DLC itself has never, ever gone on sale.

I picked up a bunch of Bioware points at half price a few months back.
It’s crazy that Bioware Points still exist, just integrate this stuff into Origin, let’s see what they do in Dragon Age 3.
I want to play Mass Effect 3 DLC but I’m going to wait until they release a proper Mass Effect Trilogy edition that includes all of Mass Effect DLC, if they release that some day I will do another run trough Mass Effect series if not I probably won’t do another run.
How does this work if you have already finished the game? How do you access it?
Finally playing through ME3 again - was waiting for all the DLC to be released. Now will be able to enjoy Leviathan, Ometa, and Citadel for the first time all at once.
Don’t expect the ending to be any less crappy, but hope to still enjoy the other 99.5 percent of the game as I did before.

Damn, I wish I had known about it, I would have done so too.
A couple more reviews for Citadel: Ars Technica liked it. Also, Shacknews.
No kidding. I’m in the middle of it, and the only thing that comes to mind is this is what Mass Effect becomes if Joss Whedon gets his hands on it. It’s like a special two-part episode of Shepard, the Reaper Slayer.
I’m guessing you think that’s a bad thing, but that’s almost enough to convince me to buy it.
Well, I’ve bought it but who knows when I’ll play it, caught between the horses of Tomb Raider and replaying Dead Space 3 in co-op and the Brutal Legend campaign. Hell of a week.

I was really impressed with the DLC...I mean I wish I had some choices to make but it has some semi surprises and LOTS of humor! It was nice to play with Wrex and a few others that are absent in 3 otherwise. It was also nice to see the whole team in action helping you on a few of the missions (albeit lightly).
Played through the story part this morning. Enjoyable, although I could see the ‘twist’ coming from before they even announced the DLC. Not the first one so much (primary antagonist), but the second one. Still, enjoyable enough.
Still got the party part to go through, but got to get through Horizon first so Miranda is available.

Man, that was great. Makes me want to play through from the beginning again. Jennifer Hale being “me” is the best thing ever.
My favorite moment is when you’re about to descend into the cargo bay and find Boo in the cart. The delivery on that line killed me.

i missed inviting a few people up like thane’s son until i figured out that the messages from them don’t appear until you finish the quests/invites of the first 5. you get max 5 at a time.
So how do the invites work? I get the ‘quests’, but I figured ‘send invites’ was the signal to start the party, which I don’t want to do until I get everyone I can.
